.~.~.~ With control means responsive to sensed condition
DEFINITION
Classification: 204/607
With control means responsive to sensed condition:
(under subclass 606) Apparatus in which means are provided to detect an apparatus or process characteristic or change therein and to control or regulate operation of the apparatus or process based on the detected characteristic or change therein.
(1) Note. A single means may be used both to detect an apparatus or process characteristic or a change in a characteristic and to implement an action in the process based upon the detected characteristic or change therein. There must be a positive action made by a control means because of the detected characteristic or change therein.
