(under subclass 506) Device wherein the conveying section is provided with means to regulate the operation of the section, or of some part thereof, which means includes means to sense a) an undesirable operating characteristic of the section, or b) a property or characteristic of the conveyed load.
(1) Note. Undesirable operating characteristics of a conveying section includes conditions which are potentially dangerous to machine operators or to those in the vicinity of the machine, or conditions which might cause damage to the conveying section, or some part thereof.
