DEFINITION

(under subclass 373) Apparatus wherein each article that is conveyed in a sequence of articles is turned upside down (i.e., from an attitude wherein a particular face that is up is changed to an attitude wherein that particular face is down).

(1) Note. In this subclass the mechanism for inverting is a passive means acting in conjunction with a powered conveyor to invert successive articles.
