The end of the track upon which the car rests is tilted to give the necessary impulse to propel the car along the remainder of the track, which is not inclined. This subclass also includes cases in which the car rest on the level portion of the track, the car being impelled by a bunter running down the inclined portion of the track, which is tilted, and the bunter released at will.
