8.~ Boring from submerged buoyant support


DEFINITION

Classification: 175/8

(under subclass 5) Subject matter, utilizing a normally floating or buoyant support for a boring means which is submerged to a position below the surface of the water during the boring operation.

(1) Note. Merely sinking anchors which may normally be buoyant is excluded.

(2) Note. The boring means or support therefore need not be completely submerged to be placed in this subclass.
