DEFINITION

Classification: 175/203

(under the class definition) Apparatus including means located above ground to move a tool, shaft, or any other portion of the boring means in one direction along the axis of the bore or (2) to counterbalance or offset a portion of the weight resting on the tool.

(1) Note. For classification in this subclass the above ground means to advance or retract the boring means must include more than a mere handle which is held by an operator to support or move the tool toward or away from the bore.
