(under subclass 137) Insulators having a structure specially designed to disperse or to facilitate shedding or disposal of rain, atmospheric moisture or other foreign matter. The means for accomplishing this may consist, for example, of petticoats, skirts, flanges, ribs, etc., modified for this purpose, or drainage openings, grooves, channels, etc.
