Classification: 171/117

(under subclass 114) Apparatus in which the impeller or breaker means is mounted for movement in a closed orbital path, there being at least two spaced parallel axes about which said means traverses during a single cycle of its operation.

(1) Note. The endless impellers are not conveyors because they do not carry the earth and/or entrained objects but merely push it relative to a second fixed or moving surface which supports it.
