(under subclass 315) Apparatus in which the means directing the stock into contact with the forming surface is a closed conduit completely embracing the stock slurry and is in sealing contact with the foraminous forming surface.

(1) Note. The devices of this subclass are known in the art as pressure forming devices and are for the purpose of increasing the pressure with which the stock is applied to the mold surface.
