(1) Note. In this subclass may be found for example, devices for twisting or rolling a web to form a strand of roving, or devices for forming a folded shaped article.
(2) Note. The art in subclass 270 differs from the art herein in that the distortion in the instant subclass is permanent, the material is distorted beyond its elastic limits, whereas in subclass 270 the distortion is transitory or temporary.
