DEFINITION

Classification: 160/90

(under subclass 89) Combinations in which a flexible or portable panel is claimed in combination with a rigid closure or a rigid panel.

(1) Note. A rigid closure is, by definition, a closure not of the flexible or portable panel type.

(2) Note. Shutter, grille and register type closures, even though the vane elements are axially pivoted to the frame or supporting structure have been treated as rigid closures and are in this or the indented subclasses, if combined with a

flexible or portable panel.
