Lazy-tong links pivot about axes transverse to panel:
(under subclass 84.01) Pleating-type device wherein the means which causes or straightens the folds in the fabric, during the contraction or extension thereof, consists of a framework in which a series of jointed bars which engage the fabric pivot about axes that are perpendicular to the plane formed by the fabric when it is fully extended (i.e., extensible lazy-tong-type device) on the framework.
