DEFINITION

Classification: 160/256

(under subclass 252) Roll type devices in which the translating strands are provided with at least two spaced guides, so positioned that the roll which is intermediate these guides moves toward one in one direction of translation and toward the other in the other direction of translation. For example, where the roll is vertically translated, strand guides are provided both above and below the limiting positions of the roll.
