(under subclass 1.17) Devices in which a tire engaging element and the rim have relative movement in concentric paths, which movement effects the axial motion of the tire portion.
(1) Note. In order to be classified in this subclass the indicated manner of use must be disclosed, and (1) the tire or rim engaging portion must be particularly designed to operate in this fashion, or (2) a supporting arrangement particularly designed to cause or permit movement of the device peripherally of the rim must be provided.
