DEFINITION

Classification: 156/404

(under subclass 394.1) Apparatus in which the resiliency of the tire is produced either by the resiliency of the material used in construction, or the material used has entrapped gases therein, which gas is at atmospheric pressure or less when the tire is not under load.

(2) Note. Device for assembling tires which are intended to

be filled with gas under pressure (i.e., pneumatic tires) to provide resiliency are classified according to the particular assembly means claimed.
