(under subclass 308.6) Subject matter wherein water is the sole agent used to cause tackiness or in which more than one of the laminae to be bonded are treated with different agents or in which a single lamina is treated with an agent and then treated with another agent.

(1) Note. The water may be applied as vapor or steam and its purposes may be to heat a lamina.
