(under subclass 450) Subject matter wherein the pneumatic

tire possesses an integral layer or coating of elastomeric material which has a relatively high resistance to the diffusion of air at its inner air contacting surfaces or wherein a flexible closed annular element is carried within the chamber of the tire filled with fluid under pressure which is greater than atmospheric pressure.
