(under subclass 290) Inventions having radially extending spring pressed plungers each with a shank extending through a wall of the tire and rim assembly and each being part of a tire section acting independently of other tire sections. The shank extends outwardly to carry or constitute a tread section and may also extend inwardly through the rim.
