DEFINITION

Classification: 15/327.1

Tank type cleaner organization:

(under subclass 300.1) Subject matter wherein a hand manipulatable air draft applying means, with or without means for agitating the surface being cleaned, is attached by means of a flexible conduit to a portable air pumping unit or source of air pressure.

(1) Note. The pump unit is considered to be portable only if it is movable by a force applied thereto by the operator through the flexible conduit, or if it can be carried about by the operator, while the pump is operating so that the cleaning operation can be carried on continuously.
