(under the class definition) Compositions or charges in which the oxidant and/or fuel component are in a liquefied state.
(1) Note. These are materials that are normally gaseous, e.g., oxygen, air, ozone or certain hydrocarbons.
(2) Note. The liquefied material may be contained as an impregnant of an absorbent substance usually carbonaceous in nature, e.g., carbon, sawdust or other vegetable matter.
