(under subclass 218) Rotary cutter to which pressure is applied in the direction of its axis of rotation and having cutting parts for its face.
(1) Note. The cutter of this subclass may have also a side-cutting edge so that after boring its way in by end pressure it can then be moved sideways to enlarge the cut.

This class includes principally carving and routing cutters.
