(under the class definition) Apparatus which can by an adjustment, addition, removal or reassembly of one of more of its parts be caused to serve as one of two or more distinctly different filling devices having a different mode of operation or adapted to handle different contents or different receivers requiring changes in the modes of handling or operation.
(1) Note. Mere adjustability or rearrangement of the apparatus to accommodate receivers of different size even though involving a rearrangement of the apparatus is not here if the mode of operation of the apparatus remains unchanged.
