DEFINITION

Classification: 141/310

(under subclass 285) Apparatus in which the second of the diverse material passageways is formed by some means which holds the supply outlet means in spaced relation to the receiver inlet means so that air for example may escape therebetween.

(1) Note. In order to qualify for this subclass there must be some modification of the area which defines the supply outlet means in the region of the receiver inlet whereby to define a passageway when the receiver is in filling position.
