DEFINITION

Classification: 141/138

(under subclass 135) Apparatus in which the repeated operation of the cycle of filling receivers is discontinued or interrupted because of some undesired condition in the machine or because of the failure to supply contents material or a receiver.

(1) Note. The change may include stopping the machine or merely skipping one operation connected with the missing charge or receiver, but if it is caused by lack of a receiver that lack must be at a filling station or corresponding conveyor position, and not merely failure to supply the machine with receivers at the beginning of the conveyor line.
