DEFINITION

Classification: 125/13.01

Rotary:

(under subclass 12) Subject matter in which sawing of stone

or similar material is accomplished by rotation of a circular saw in the plane of the kerf.

(1) Note. The device usually comprises a blade which is held between a pair of plates or supported by a frame assembly or similar support means and operatively connected to a drive means to rotate at a very high speed. [figure]
