(under subclass 802) Subject matter wherein the hand-carried implement includes structure which reduces the size of the body member encircling component, i.e., the size of the loop, by moving a portion of it in or adjacent to an elongated, rigid member attached thereto.

(1) Note. The loop take-up is not necessarily parallel to the associated shaft but should be in the same general direction.
