(under subclass 200) Devices having means to move the indicator, wherein the indicator is part of or mounted on an element that can bend without breaking and has markings, colors, or signs that indicate information.
(1) Note. An index, e.g., single mark, pointer, etc., which is mounted on or part of a flexible band, string, cord, etc. without indicia is not proper for this subclass.
