(under subclass 55.5) Subject matter wherein the marine vehicle has (a) a control handle for controlling the direction of travel of the vehicle, (b) the handle is connected to the hull to permit rotation about a horizontal axis and (c) the handle when grasped by a user transmitting pulling force from the hull to the user.
