(under the class definition) Subject matter wherein structure intended to be propelled by the wind is (a) supported by or (b) connected to the user and (c) utilized to manipulate either (1) an elongated buoyant hull of a width comparable to the shoulder width of a user, with the hull supporting the user and the user supporting wind affected structure (e.g., mast, boom, sail, etc.) for propulsion and navigation of the hull (i.e., sailboard), or (2) wind affected structure (e.g., mast, sail, or spar) therefor.
