Class 114 takes the combination of reel structure with a boat where the boat is more than nominally recited. Class 114 will also take a reel combined with a motor which is actuated by the boat's motion through the water or where line guide structure is recited which is adapted to be attached to the boat rather than the reel, e.g., bridles which attach to the transom of the boat.
