(under subclass 157.1) Truck having a wheel intended to be in an inoperative position during some vehicular uses of the truck and to be in an operative position during other uses of the truck.
(1) Note. Included herein is (1) a truck for use alternately as a land vehicle or as a railroad vehicle; and (2) a truck having a wheel that does not touch the rail under light loading, but settles down and ride on the rail under heavy loading.
(2) Note. A vehicle carrying wheel-substitution device; e.g., an endless belt, is considered to be a "wheel" for placement in this subclass.
