(under subclass 8) Apparatus by which binding is placed a plurality of times around the material and the material is relocated relative to the binder applier between placements, so that the several turns are spaced along the material and/or extend in plural directions about the material.
(1) Note. This subclass includes moving material so that the specific operation of binder applying is repeated at intervals spaced along the article.
