DEFINITION

Classification: 100/11

(under subclass 8) Apparatus in which the encircling binder member as completed on the material is made up of more than one flexible member with the ends of the several members joined together.

(1) Note. The several sections of the binder as here placed are each flexible. This subclass does not include a single flexible element combined with a stiff buckle joining its ends.
